Relax Riesling

Just sit back and relax…

Hurrah a new wine recommendation! This riesling is on the sweeter side, fruity with apples, peaches, and citrus. It has an interesting mineral, perhaps even chalky taste towards the end of the sip that I really like. I’m of the opinion riesling pairs well with everything but to refresh your memory the general advice is to pair with spicy food, fish, and poultry.
