Carrabba’s Red Sangria

The real recipe for Carrabba’s wonderful red sangria!


  • One 750 ml. bottle of dry red table wine
  • 8 oz. orange juice
  • 34 oz. Monin Red Sangria Syrup
  • 34 oz. Korbel Brandy
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


1. Add all items to a large pitcher and mix well. Adjust Monin, Brandy, and Cinnamon to taste. Allow the mixture to sit refrigerated overnight.

2. Sever cold over ice, with orange wedges and cinnamon sticks for garnish if desired.
