Three Cheese Flatbread Pizza With Pepperoni and Rosemary


  • 8 pieces of flatbread
  • 12 cups jared or homemade pasta sauce
  • dried rosemary to taste
  • pepperoni
  • havarti to taste
  • crumbled feta to taste
  • creamy goat cheese to taste


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400*. Place flatbread pieces on a baking sheet(s). Spread about 1/8-1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce on each piece of flatbread.
  2. 2. Sprinkle each flatbread with rosemary. Top each flatbread with the desire amount of pepperoni, havarti, and feta. Bake at 400* for 6-10 minutes until cheese is fully melted and flat bread is lightly browned.
  3. 3. Remove from oven and top each pizza with a dollop of creamy goat cheese before serving. Serve hot.
