5 Minute Tarragon Tzatziki

Yields aprox. 1 and 1/2 cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons mince garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarrago

Instructions

  1. 1. Peal and seed the cucumber. Chop it into large chunks.
  2. 2. In a food processor add cucumber chunks, yogurt, sour cream, garlic, celery seed and tarragon.
  3. 3. Pulse food processor until the mixture is entirely creamy. If not using right away, chill in refrigerator.

Notes

  • Tzatziki will save in a covered container for about three days.
