The kids in my house are great at making sugar cookies, but not so great at waiting. That’s why this is one of my favorite sugar cookie recipes. Once the batter is made, it’s ready to roll out. There is no chill time required like most traditional recipes. The cookies don’t spread when baking and most importantly, they taste great. These cookies are perfect with my buttercream recipe.
