This is probably a little late. It’s pretty much the end of January, but I wanted to take a day to look back at 2014 and recap my favorite recipes of the year. So in no particular order:
Parmesan and Asiago Gougère– a great little appetizer!
Tomato, Spinach and Rosemary Tart– How can you not love anything made on puff pastry?
Skillet Chicken Pot Pie With Biscuit Crust– One pan wonder dinner!
Creamy Parmesan Spaghetti With Brown Butter Bread Crumbs– A quick and easy dinner that not only pleases the grown-ups, it’s totally kid friendly too!
Michelle’s Favorite Beef Stroganoff– Another dinner winner!
Perfect Country Ribs– For the serious meat eaters among us.
Layered Poblano Pesto & Grilled Vegetable Enchiladas– A vegetarian main dish so tasty you won’t care there’s no meat.
Jamaican Patties– A recipe for the real deal Jamaican Patties, and I know, because I’m Jamaican.
Classic Ragù alla Bolognese– Oh do I love Italian food or what?
Sausage and Lentil Soup– Simple, delicious, healthy.
Homemade Polenta– Takes a little tending but so worth the effort.
Chocolate Mousse- Impress the heck out of anyone with this tasty little number.
Sweet Potato Muffins- A reader favorite.
Husband Tested Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake- It’s always good when you add a cinnamon swirl.
Blueberry Scones- Still one of my favorite scone recipes ever, and I am the queen of scones.
Buttermilk and Brown Sugar Coffee Cake- Yup. Cause coffee cake is always welcome.
Speedy Small Batch Cinnamon Rolls- For when you need dessert on the double, that won’t sit around the house for days.
I also, just wanted to take a moment to say thanks for reading! You guys are awesome. Bleated Happy New Year! :)
